This way you can easily and quickly create the kitchen of your dreams. Do you want to know how you can do this? Charis, from the blog Charis de Fauw interior & styling, made her own conversion from MDF. We have described step by step how she went about this. She ordered custom-sawn columns from and had the conversion completely to her liking within a day.

    DIY; step-by-step plan for your refrigerator conversion

    1. Order the columns conveniently to size at . See her shopping list below.
    2. Add miters to create seamless joints! .
    3. At home, place the planks with mitered edges together, so that with a little between them can easily secure the plates in place. Allow this to dry completely (half an hour to an hour depending on the glue) and glue the 'lid' on.
    4. Then sand the edges with sandpaper, these can be very sharp!
    5. li>And then the base of your column is ready. You may need to fill in the cracks a little before the first layer of paint can be applied. This way, the conversion will certainly suit your kitchen.
