Packaging custom wood and sheet materials is anything but standard. We ship over 100,000 cut panels per year and are just as adept at packing as we are at cutting. Our system automatically evaluates the corresponding shipping method based on dimensions, weight, and quantities. Once the desired items are selected and the system has determined the correct shipping method, your order is prepared for delivery.

We pack with great care and attention. We always tailor each packaging completely and use recyclable materials where possible. The shipping and therefore packing method is determined by dimensions, quantities, and weight. The webshop determines this automatically.

DPD – For small packages

If your order is scheduled for shipment with DPD, it will be sent as a parcel. We create a box completely tailored to the dimensions of the cut material to prevent shifting. We provide the panels with protective material and a cardboard buffer. This results in a beautiful and well-protective packaging! The result of experience and extensive testing means we ship many packages per week with a very low damage percentage.

Van de Hoef Logistics Courier Service – For other packages

Depending on the composition of your order, it may be shipped with a special courier service. Orders with long items or with multiple different dimensions are sent using this method. We pack the orders in two ways:

Packaged in a custom cardboard box
Packed on specially prepared carts. The cart is the packaging in this case. The plates are removed from the cart during unloading. Is your order delivered by this method? Then we cannot leave the material behind upon delivery. So always make sure you are at home!

Courier service van de Hoef logistics - For larger orders or orders containing TOSIZE Furniture furniture

All parts of your wardrobe are stacked on a pallet. The driver arrives with a truck and moves the pallet with a pallet jack as close to the door as possible. The pallet is disposable, so you can keep it. Could you please make some space available when the delivery is near?

Once we hand over the wardrobe to the carrier Van de Hoef Logistics, you will receive a notification from us. The carrier will then contact you to coordinate the delivery because it's essential that you're home for the delivery of a large package. After we transfer the order to the carrier, delivery will take place within 1-4 working days. Pallet delivery is always on weekdays.
