Very easy

1 minuut

I have made a shelter next to my house to store my garden tools. It consists of a steel profile on which 28 mm oak planks are made on the outside. A tiled roof has been made on top of the steel profile. In the house there are storage shelves made of concrete plywood panels that I ordered from I had these made exactly to size and fit exactly into the existing profile. I finished the sawn edges with boat varnish so that they can withstand the weather for a little longer.

Profile made of steel in which the oak is made on the outside could be used and the concrete plywood on the inside as a storage shelf. The steel is lacquered with hammerite and the oak planks are placed in boiled linseed oil. I secured the concrete plywood plates with screws and for the time being I finished the edges of the plates with boat varnish so that they can withstand damp weather conditions. I only made the wood in the house after I placed the profile on straps outside. The roof was only then added.
