Bespoke birch multiplex bookcase, by Pascal

As a replacement for 2 bookcases on the market, we wanted a single more airy and colorful bookcase. We also wanted to use birch multiplex for its beautiful rendering.

The first step was to create a 3D model using Sketchup software. This step allowed us to make the debit sheet for the wood order. The assembly was done only with glue and 8mm dowels which were positioned using a drilling template to ensure perfect alignment. No screws were used. Once assembled, the furniture was varnished to bring out the grain of the wood and the doors were coloured.
